All interested authors are invited to submit an abstract aligned with the conference topics, either as an oral presentation or a poster.

To submit, authors must first create an account on the Registration Page. After registering, authors can log into the website to submit their abstracts.

The abstract should provide a concise summary of up to 3 pages, emphasizing the key research activities that will be showcased. This will help ensure the audience gains a clear and concise understanding of the key content and findings.

The following elements should be included:

- The purpose of the study;
- Methods and methodologies used;
- Observed results;
- Proposed innovations.

All abstracts will undergo a review process, and the outcomes will be communicated to corresponding authors by email no later than April 2025, indicating acceptance or rejection.

Each registered author could present 1 Oral Presentations or Poster at most. If your co-author(s) also register and attend the event for presenting other abstract, then you could co-author more abstracts (but still individually present 1 Oral Presentations or Poster). Authors who want to submit and present more than 1 Oral Presentations or Poster are required to make an additional payment of 50% of the registration fee per abstract.

POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINES

To ensure a smooth and organized setup, please adhere to the following instructions for poster presentation:

1. Poster Dimensions: The poster will be displayed on a board measuring 95 cm x 235 cm. You may choose to present your content as a single poster or divide it into multiple sheets, provided that the total dimensions do not exceed the board's size.

2. Display Area: The poster presentation area will be equipped with laminated boards to facilitate easy and secure mounting.

3. Attachment Materials: To affix your poster to the display boards, you will find the following materials:

o Velcro

o Double-sided tape

o Adhesive tape

Please note that the use of drawing pins is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the laminated boards and ensure safety.

4. Mounting Instructions: It is important to note that posters should not be pre-mounted prior to the event. Authors are responsible for mounting their posters on-site using the approved materials.
